1. All Orders Are Sold "As-Is":
All orders placed with Amber&Oud for wholesale fragrance raw materials are considered final and are sold "as-is." This means that once you have placed an order and received the products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns, except in cases of damaged or defective items (as outlined in section 3).
2. No Refunds:
We do not provide refunds for any reason other than the circumstances mentioned in section 3 of this policy. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in your business needs, dissatisfaction with product performance, or any other personal reasons.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive damaged or defective fragrance raw materials, we will promptly address the issue. Please follow these steps:

- We will review your claim and, if valid, provide you with instructions for replacing or returning the damaged or defective items.
- Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect them and, if necessary, replace the damaged or defective products or issue a refund for the affected portion of your order.
4. Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order. Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been paid. Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
